For each hotel and each project under review, this page lists the developer's documents on file, what we have asked for, and whether the developer has put return figures in writing. The documents themselves are released to members in the Full Investor File.
Our Rule on Return Figures
Each of these has a card on the Hotel Investments page. "Requested" means we have asked the developer for the item and do not yet hold it.
